Software updates on your Company's software if needed and email issues. Keep network connections running smoothly. 2 onsite emergency calls in a 30 day period for those times when disaster recovery might be needed. The Service and Maintenance Packages are on a 30 day period. Also we provide parts if needed at cost plus 20%. Installation of the part is free. Price list available upon request.
